On behalf of the Committee, we are delighted to announce that our Galway Swimming Club’s Annual Prom Swim will be held on Saturday August 15th.

The usual route will be followed, with our Juniors (girls and boys) swimming from Blackrock to Ladies Beach and Seniors (ladies and men) swimming from Blackrock down to Seapoint finish.

We will be implementing Covid precautions at registration, in changing areas (both start and finish), family members will have to bring bags from start to finish, and implement social distancing throughout the afternoon.

We will have a quick prize-giving on the promenade green area opposite the finish area. All swimming safety protocols and Covid measures will be outlined at registration.

The timelines are as follows:
• Check-In / Registration at Blackrock from 2.45pm
• Junior Swim from Blackrock to Ladies Beach starting at 3.30pm
• Senior Swim from Blackrock to Seapoint starting at 4.30pm
• Presentation of Prizes at 6pm – 6.30pm

ONLINE TICKETED ENTRIES CLOSE AT 12PM THURSDAY AUGUST 13TH, 2020.

ENTRY IS ALSO POSSIBLE ON THE DAY.

TICKETS COST €5 FOR CURRENT MEMBERS AND €10 PAST MEMBERS.
